Alanna Freeman is our very first #travelsister and we couldn’t be more excited to share her work!
She has an ability to turn everyday moments into beautiful illustrations or drawings in her notebook. Whether it’s a man reading the paper on the London Underground or a woman waiting for her morning coffee, Alanna captures every last detail.
“I am a storyteller: a writer, illustrator and animator, who blends visual and written language,” Alanna tells us.
“Drawing inspiration from daily life, current affairs, travels and things that often get overlooked (hidden in plain sight), I aspire to create images - visual and linguistic – that make other people pause, reflect or smile.”
Check out some of her amazing travel illustrations on Instagram and Alannafreeman.com.
Thanks for joining #travelsisters!
